These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ppp7. Please review them thoroughly.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use ppp7 services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ppp7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any funds in such accounts will be forfeited.
ppp7 services are intended for users located in Indonesia. By using our platform, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and during use of our services. Users accessing ppp7 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent that you are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities, have not been diagnosed with gambling addiction, and are not prohibited from gambling by any court order or other legal restriction.
Each user is permitted only one account on the ppp7 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you forget your login credentials, contact customer support rather than creating a new account.
ppp7 operates under international gambling licenses. While we serve Indonesian users, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of online gambling services complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. By using ppp7, you acknowledge that you have sought independent legal advice if necessary and accept full responsibility for your use of our services.
To use ppp7 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current.
ppp7 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to provide identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. ppp7 reserves the right to suspend your account or withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify ppp7 of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. ppp7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Your ppp7 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account to another party. Commercial use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
ppp7 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Deposits are typically processed instantly. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) with typical processing times of 5-30 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends may take up to 2 hours. E-wallet withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. Your first withdrawal will require identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. You may only withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name.
ppp7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if your account has not met wagering requirements for bonuses, if there is suspected fraudulent activity, if identity verification is incomplete, or if there are outstanding disputes. Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
ppp7 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees which are beyond ppp7's control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at ppp7's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available once per user, household, IP address, and payment method. Abuse of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the promotion terms.
While bonus wagering requirements are active, certain restrictions apply including maximum bet limits (typically Rp 25.000 per bet), restricted games that do not count toward wagering, and withdrawal restrictions until requirements are met. Violating these restrictions may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of any winnings derived from the bonus.
Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, typically 30 days from the date of issue. Uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.
All sports bets are subject to ppp7's sports betting rules, which cover bet acceptance, settlement procedures, dead heats, postponed events, abandoned matches, and result disputes. ppp7 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Maximum bet amounts and payout limits apply per event and may vary based on sport, league, and market type. For football betting including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues, official results as determined by the governing sports body are final and binding.
Live in-play betting odds change rapidly based on match events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Due to transmission delays, ppp7 reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) has occurred, even if not yet reflected in the live display. All live betting disputes are resolved based on official timestamps and event logs.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If you experience technical difficulties during a game session, contact customer support immediately.
For togel and lottery-style games, draw results are final and binding once officially announced. Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). ppp7 is not responsible for delays or cancellations of draws conducted by third-party lottery operators. Bet acceptance cutoff times apply before each draw.
In the event of obvious errors including incorrect odds, incorrect results, or technical malfunctions, ppp7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. All betting and gaming disputes must be reported to customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event. ppp7's decision on all disputes is final and binding.
ppp7 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All users must be at least 21 years of age. We implement age verification procedures and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling sites.
ppp7 provides multiple responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings including deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours (cooling-off period) but can be decreased or removed immediately.
If you believe you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Warning signs include spending more time or money than intended, chasing losses, borrowing money to gamble, neglecting responsibilities, or experiencing relationship problems due to gambling. Contact our customer support team to discuss self-exclusion options or seek professional help from gambling support organizations.
You may request temporary self-exclusion (6 months or 1 year) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any ppp7 services. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts.
ppp7 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of our services for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. ppp7 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, technical difficulties, or system failures.
While ppp7 makes every effort to ensure accuracy of odds, results, and other information displayed on the platform, we do not warrant that such information is error-free. In the event of obvious errors, ppp7 reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. ppp7 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that ppp7 is not responsible for any gambling losses you may incur.
ppp7 is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party service providers including payment processors, game providers, sports data feeds, or internet service providers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ppp7's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arises or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.
You may close your ppp7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding active bonuses and unredeemed bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification procedures.
ppp7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions, provide false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses or promotions, engage in collusion or cheating, use automated betting software or bots, allow third parties to access your account, or for any other reason at ppp7's sole discretion.
Upon termination for breach of terms, ppp7 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel any bonuses, and withhold any funds in your account. Legitimate account balances (excluding void bets and forfeited bonuses) will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to ppp7.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gambling regulations and the laws applicable to ppp7's licensing jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law principles may apply to disputes involving Indonesian residents.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact ppp7 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ppp7's internal procedures may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English language. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
By using ppp7 services, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of ppp7's licensing jurisdiction, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
ppp7 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notification. Your continued use of ppp7 services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
All content on the ppp7 platform including logos, graphics, text, software, and design elements are the intellectual property of ppp7 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ppp7 content without express written permission.
Your use of ppp7 services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
